BoOk an Intro consultation

  • Click Work with me and choose date and time of your intro consultation.

  • Intro consultation is always free of charge.

  • I will send you a short form to fill out.

  • Indicate what life changes you want to see as a result of our work together.

  • I will send you a link to your personal account where you can book and reschedule sessions, buy program packages and find your homework later on.

Step 2

Let’s discuss your goals

  • We meet and discuss your situation in detail.

  • Intro consultation can last between 45 and 90+ minutes, depending on your request. Intro consultation is always free.

  • I will be asking you about your personal history, everything that led to your situation as it is today and what your expectations are.

  • As a result of this meeting you can decide if you want to continue working with me, and I decide if I can effectively help you through the change you are looking for.

  • I will give you indication how many sessions I think we need and work on a plan of objectives for every session. 

Step 3

plan your therapy

  • If you decide to work with me, plan on booking weekly sessions though your personal account page.

  • You can cancel or reschedule until 24 hours before the session.

  • Most programs last between 5 and 12 sessions, and there is no such thing as one-off session because your brain needs time and repetition to relearn permanently.

  • You can buy 5 and 6-session packages. Each session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. See package prices here.

Step 4

experience change

  • Come to our weekly online sessions.

  • Have a quiet space where no one bothers you for at least 60 minutes, have a comfy chair or a couch, a pair of headphones and a device with a camera that can stay in place without you holding it, such as a laptop.

  • I would need to see your face on the camera at all times to ensure that you are feeling comfortable.

  • In most cases, it takes about 3-4 sessions to start experiencing the change.

  • I will be giving you homework to work on between sessions.

  • Achieve your goal.
