They say life is a journey, but they don’t tell us it’s a journey through the wilderness. 
Wherever you are in life, whatever you are feeling right now, I want you to know it is normal to go through life feeling this way. 
My mission is to help people navigate their own journey through wilderness, give them resources to find their own truths, values and confidence, heal from the past, stop being triggered, and move forward. I want your life to be yours, not dictated by mental constructs that don’t serve you.

  • It depends on your goals, history and roadblocks. Most clients see improvement in 2-3 sessions.

    Many clients fully achieve their goal in 4-8 sessions.

  • That’s okay!

    Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and openness, similar to the drifting moments just before sleep, when the critical mind softens and your imagination and intuition come forward.

    Every person can be hypnotized if they feel relaxed enough with their hypnotherapist. If there is fear, lack of trust or you simply do not want to be hypnotized, indeed you won’t go into trance.

    There are practitioners who use hypnosis for spiritual purposes, but I practice clinical modality that is safe and evidence-based.

  • Yes, it works as well as in-person treatment, as long as you have a stable WiFi connection, a laptop or other device with a camera, a room with a couch/bed/ chair where no-one can disturb you for 50-60 minutes.

    For clients in Halifax ar I offer in-person sessions in Dartmouth.
