HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
It depends on your goals, history and roadblocks. Most clients see improvement in 2-3 sessions and fully achieve their goal in 5-12 sessions.
I AM A SCEPTIC, I DON'T REALLY BELIEVE I CAN BE HYPNOTIZED.That’s okay!
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and openness, similar to the drifting moments just before sleep, when the critical mind softens and your imagination and intuition come forward.
Every person can be hypnotized if they feel relaxed enough with their hypnotherapist. If there is fear, lack of trust or you simply do not want to be hypnotized, indeed you won’t go into trance.
There are practitioners who use hypnosis for spiritual purposes, but I practice clinical modality that is safe and evidence-based.
*DOES HYPNOTHERAPY WORK WHEN PERFORMED ONLINE?Yes, it works as well as in-person treatment, as long as you have a stable WiFi connection, a laptop or other device with a camera, a room with a couch/bed/ chair where no-one can disturb you for 50-60 minutes.

IS HYPNOSIS SAFE? WILL I LOSE CONTROL DURING THE SESSION?Hypnotherapy is a well-researched, safe, and effective therapeutic approach, widely recognized by psychologists and psychiatrists for treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, phobias, and more.
You remain in control of the session at all times. You will be relaxed, but alert.
