They say life is a journey, but they don’t tell us it’s a journey through the wilderness. 

Sometimes it feels like reality happens to us and we can only watch it unfold, having little control over what’s happening. Emotions can get overwhelming, and everyday we may ask the same questions over and over: 

  • If I am supposed to make life choices, is this life something I chose at some point?

  • Did I choose to feel this way? 

  • Did I, at some point in my life, make a decision to have this unhealthy habit? 

  • Did I choose to get triggered by this or did I never know anything better? 

  • Is this just the way I am?

  • How much of me is in me?

My mission is to help people navigate their own journey through wilderness, give them resources to find their own truths, values and confidence, heal from the past, stop being triggered, and move forward. I want your life to be yours, not dictated by mental constructs that don’t serve you.

About me

I am a professionally trained and accredited clinical hypnotherapist in Canada, helping clients achieve lasting change through safe, evidence-based hypnotherapy—available online across Canada and the U.S.

I offer virtual hypnotherapy sessions for anxiety, phobias, stress, low mood, sport performance, insomnia, trauma recovery, chronic pain, self-esteem, and habit change. My approach integrates science-based hypnotic techniques to help you create calm, focus, and confidence in daily life.

I am a member of the Canadian Association of Counselling Hypnotherapists and Educators, and my training is accredited by the International Association of Counselors & Therapists.

Located near Halifax, Nova Scotia, I offer virtual hypnosis sessions to clients anywhere in Canada and the United States.
